How much is your time worth?
Budgets and calcs aren’t my thing, if I’m honest.
HOWEVER…. What I love about data and numbers is that numbers don’t lie.
I’ve been moving things around in my business lately in terms of how much time I spend on things, how much time I have each day while balancing my team, all of our clients, and being a mama.
So I ran some numbers. I looked at what our profit percentages were with me doing more work and with me doing less work. And I came to find that freeing up my time and letting my team take care of things only decreased my profitability percentage with most clients by 3% or less.
After running some numbers, I realized that my time was better used serving my team so that they can serve our clients better. My time was better used working on promoting the business and getting new clients.
